Hello, I'm a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker-Beiswanger Realty Group located in Jackson, Michigan.

Two examples of what makes me stand out as an agent:

I once toured 90 homes with some buyers and had fun doing it! I got to see interesting houses, learn what my buyers liked and got to know them on a very personal level. They ended up purchasing the home they had fallen in love with at the beginning. They had me over to their house recently to show me the renovations they've been working on. They are going to have my husband and me over for dinner in the spring. Clients who become friends are the best.

I had to list a home that my sellers had lived in for 35 years. We found a home for them to relocate to on a quieter street. They moved everything out of the 139 year-old home. Statistics show that staged homes sell quicker and for more money than empty ones. I bought some pieces of furniture and decorative pieces, rented a U-Haul and staged the home. It sold in 10 days and over list price.

I am also actively involved with the Community Engagement Committee and the Young Professionals Network Leadership Committee through the Jackson Area Association of Realtors.

I enjoy spending time with my husband, four children (young adults now) and 3 dogs (Maisie, Daisy & Dale), gardening, reading, hiking, visiting wineries and traveling.
